The Inks, fine art canvas used for Giclée prints are of the highest quality available and have been tested to resist fading for many many years. To increase the longevity of your canvas Giclée, do not expose to direct sunlight or excessive moisture.

Payment is required in advance of starting production. We accept payment by Credit Card and PayPal. All prices are in US dollars, otherwise a check is required to be mailed to us. See Contact page 

Return and Replacement Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we make sure that the product thoroughly undergo quality control prior to dispatch.

We offer return and exchange of products in certain situations. We have the sole discretion to give you a refund. Please find below the terms and conditions of our return and exchange and policy.

A product CAN be returned and replaced if:

a. The product is damaged when received due to mishandling by the courier. In this case, the customer must contact Rasa Art within 24 hours upon delivery of the damaged product and email us a digital photo of the damage if possible. The damaged product must also be mailed out to Rasa Art within 1 week after receiving it for our inspection before replacement can be provided. We will reimburse you for the shipping. We will need the damaged product and same packaging for our courier’s insurance requirements.

b. The product has manufacturing defects. The customer must contact Rasa Art within 24 hours upon delivery of the products with defects and email us a digital photo of the defect if possible. The product with defect must also be mailed out to Rasa Art within 1 week after receiving it for our inspection before replacement can be provided. We will reimburse you for the shipping.

c. The image is incorrect. We have sent you an incorrect image from what you ordered. The customer must contact Rasa Art within 24 hours upon delivery of the product with incorrect image and email us a digital photo of the defect if possible. The product must also be mailed out to Rasa Art within 1 week after receiving it for our inspection before replacement can be provided. We will reimburse you for the shipping.

A product CANNOT be returned and replaced if:

a. You change your mind after receiving it .

b. The product is damaged after it has been delivered.

c. The product is damaged due to unfavourable environmental conditions such as moisture, direct sunlight or rainfall.

d. There are discrepancies in the size or the wrong print is sent due to customer error.

e. There are any blemishes on the product due to customer handling.

Prices and Payment Terms

All prices quoted are Goods and Service Tax (GST) inclusive @ 10%. All prices, specifications, availability and terms of offers are subject to change without prior notice. Full payment is required before production of your order starts. Production of your order will commence once payment is confirmed and cleared.

Our Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new canvas giclee you may return it within 30 days for a full refund!
